| October '08 - Jeff Neurock |
|
Class: Tau #182
Year: Senior
Major: Biology, Medicine
Reason Chosen: Jeff was chosen for the initiative and care for Omega Delta he showed when he stepped up to fill the position of Dean of Pledges for the Fall of 2008. It was imparative to find a strong leader to take over the position, and when there wasn't much interest, Jeff took on the responsibility. With the responsibility suddenly upon him, he gave it his full attention and continues to work hard at the position. This leadership and responsibility is a major characteristic of Omega Delta's finest members. Even as a senior he has remained fully committed to contributing to the organization. Often this dedication is taken for granted, but Jeff was proudly voted brother of the month for the first month of Omega Delta's pledging process.

| September '08 - Steve Walsh and Esteban Campos |
|
Class: Chi #225 and Chi #216
Year: both Sophomore
Majors: Business, Accounting
Reason Chosen: Steve and Esteban were chosen for their outstanding joint efforts as co-rush chairmen for the fall of 2008 rush season. Together they have worked extremely hard to peak interest in our organization among prospective pledges. They have devoted nearly all their free time to organizing events, staying in contact with prospectives and organizing members for rush events. Their enthusiasm has affect the whole fraternity and has provided much hope for further growth in our fraternity. Their dedication is seen whether it's in spending money from their own pocket to make an event possible or cleaning the house all day. They are truly passionate about Omega Delta and wish to see it grow even stronger, and hope that drawing in more people will accomplish that. This selflessness for the bettering of the fraternity is a quality greatly valued within our brotherhood and is something all members should embody. They were voted as brothers of the month unanimously.
